Play and Grow Green : Eco-Friendly Learning for Young Change-Makers 
 All training offers a certificate. Those trainings that offer CEUs will be notated in the training Title. This four-part PD series training workshop will explore how early educators can promote sustainability, environmental stewardship, and eco- friendly conscious practices into their classrooms using project-based learning (PBL) and Space-based learning (SBL). These are Accreditation CEU Approved.  
Learning Objectives:   
  •   Understand the principles of eco-pedagogy and its role in early education.  
  •   Explore project-based learning strategies for environmental education.    
  • Develop classroom initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental awareness.     
  • Implement age-appropriate, eco-friendly activities for different developmental stages.
Week 3: Creating Green Classrooms and Sustainable Learning Environments

Focus:  Eco-friendly classroom practices: reducing waste, recycling, and using natural materials. 
            Engaging families and communities in sustainability efforts. 
 Activities: 
  •  Classroom sustainability audit: Identifying areas for improvement. 
  •  Action planning: Developing a "Green Classroom Pledge" with students.

Week 4: Age-Specific Eco-Friendly Activities for Young Learners
Advance
Focus: Implementing developmentally appropriate sustainability activities.
