    Marjorie Mallard Consulting Services

Through 23 years of childcare business ownership, I have developed a passion for assisting others in launching their own childcare and early education businesses. With no prior experience, only a commitment to providing a strong educational foundation for my children, I began my own childcare business in my two-car garage home in 2002. That very startup business has since evolved into a franchise brand. I've learned numerous lessons throughout this journey, which have equipped me to become the business owner I am today.

My mission is to empower young adults to:

    • Establish robust foundations in essential business principles while ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care.
    • Offer inspiration, empowerment, education, and mentorship to childcare business owners with aspirations to transform their business strategies.
    • Provide sound business foundations and principles for new startups or providers looking to expand into the childcare center business.
    • Impart business acumen for launching scalable childcare businesses.

    My roles encompass:

    • Motivational Speaker
    • Childcare Business Franchise Consultant
    • Author
    • Childcare Business Educator
    • Franchisor of my Proprietary Brand
